ANSONIA – Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying four individuals suspected of robbing the AC Washing Well at 133 N Main St. on Friday evening (Aug. 30).
According to a press release, officers responded to a call from the laundromat at 7:12 p.m. Police said that four males entered, and one of them approached, displayed a handgun, and demanded money.
The suspect took money from the register and another area of the business before fleeing with the other males in a white Honda Civic, according to police.
Police described the four suspects as Hispanic, with ages ranging between 16 and 20. The descriptions are as follows:
Male, 19 to 20 years old, wearing black pants, a hoodie, sneakers, and a black mask, carrying a handgun;
Male, 16 years old, wearing black pants, a hoodie, and sneakers;
Male, 16 years old, wearing black pants, a hoodie, and sneakers, with white lettering on the back of the hoodie;
Male, 16 years old, wearing black pants, black hoodie, white shirt, sneakers, and a white hat.
