Dancer auditions for “America the Beautiful: A Modern Burlesque Performance” will be held on Thursday, Jan. 27 at 6:30 p.m. at The Strand Theater, located on 165 Main Street in Seymour.
The show will be held in late June, sponsored by the Mad Hatter Boutique and Aimee’s Academy of Dance, both of Seymour.
The show will be produced and performed by volunteers at the Strand Theater in Seymour, with all proceeds benefiting the historic theater’s restoration fund.
Both men and women of all experience levels are welcome to audition.
You must be 18 or older to audition.
The show will not contain any nudity. Dancers are asked to wear comfortable clothing and arrive 15 minutes early to check-in.
