The Connecticut Economic Resource Center, Inc. (CERC) is pleased to announce the top economic development projects, programs and leaders from regions around the state that will be honored at the annual CELEBRATE CT! event on the evening of Tuesday, Nov. 26 at The Bushnell in Hartford.
Among the projects to receive awards is the Avalon Shelton (pictured), a 250-unit apartment complex which opened this year.
