ANSONIA — This Thursday’s girls basketball game at Ansonia High School will benefit Seymour Pink, a nonprofit group that helps people with cancer and their families.
The game is being organized by Ansonia High School Junior Varsity basketball coach Natalie Ramadanovic, who is fighting breast cancer and wanted to show support for Seymour Pink.
The Ansonia Chargers are scheduled to play the Derby Red Raiders at 6 p.m. (Thursday, Feb. 3) at the high school at 20 Pulaski Highway.
There will be raffles and a concession stand to benefit Seymour Pink.
Members of the Ansonia-Derby youth girls basketball team will be recognized at halftime, too.
