The “Athletes Who Say No” anti-substance abuse program, with professional stunt cyclist Chris Clark, came to Seymour Middle School on Monday.
This program features a very powerful message anti-substance abuse combined with a nationally known and world renowned trial bike stunt show.
Clark has performed at thousands of venues across the Country, such as the Gravity Games, NFL football games, the Olympic Games. He was also part of the action sports “Vans Warped Tour.”
This program inspires students to stay positive, follow their passions and live a healthy drug free life.
This program is an exact match to our mission and goals which is to educate teens in the dangers of substance abuse giving them the information they need to make the right choices. The program will engage our students in thinking more positive, making better choices and saying no to substances that can harm their bodies.
The “Athletes Who Say No” program would not have been made possible to come to Seymour Middle School if not for the generous support of the Valley Community Foundation who continues to support programs, such as this important youth program, throughout our Valley Community.
We truly appreciate their continued support.
