The American Red Cross is holding a blood drive Saturday at the Seymour Land Trust.
Seymour’s Jennifer Cabrera is the blood drive’s sponsor. Her daughter, Chloe, a Seymour High School student, has a rare condition.
Chloe (photo above) lives with Common Variable Immune Deficiency, known as CVID. She receives blood transfusions every two weeks, and likely will for the rest of her life.
The blood drive is (Saturday October 28) from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Seymour Land Trust, 13 Chatfield St. in Seymour.
