Eighty Valley Boy Scouts and leaders boarded buses over the weekend to attend the 2010 Boy Scout National Jamboree at Fort A.P. Hill in Caroline County, Va.
They represent the Housatonic Council BSA the local, parent organization of the individual troops of the Valley.
The group known as Troop 125 and 126 will be enjoying all types of adventure challenges, be able to complete merit badges and view various area shows.
The troops will be there for 10 days.

Both are Derby residents.
Over the weekend, Charles Stankye III sent these set up pictures from the jamboree. More than 37,000 Boy Scouts and 3,700 adult leaders will attend.
