State Sen. Jorge Cabrera (D – Hamden) and state Rep. Kara Rochelle (D – Ansonia) will hold in-person Legislative Office Hours on Saturday, May 22 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the back patio of Copper City Bar & Grill, 82 – 84 Main Street, Ansonia.
Residents will be able to connect with the legislators in an approachable and relaxed setting to discuss their thoughts, concerns, and questions on the issues that matter most.
The in-district Legislative Office Hours event is the first in-person event Sen. Cabrera and Rep. Rochelle have held since the 2021 legislative session started on January 6, 2021. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Sen. Cabrera and Rep. Rochelle had shifted to virtual events on Zoom and Facebook LIVE for constituents.
