At 6:00 and 7:30 pm, on Dec. 16, in the Aldermanic Chambers at Ansonia City Hall, the City of Ansonia will sponsor an orientation for homeowners and a pre-bidders’ conference for contractors wishing to participate in the Small Cities Housing Rehabilitation Program.
The purpose of the Small Cities Housing Rehabilitation Program is to assist low- and moderate-income homeowners and tenants in making health, safety, and code compliance renovations to their homes.

The presentation for homeowners, including qualifying landlords, will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.
The presentation for contractors will be held from 7:30 to 8:30 pm. All are welcome.
Disadvantaged business enterprises including women, minority, disabled, and section 3, are encouraged to attend the contractor’s session.
