On Saturday, Dec. 15, downtown Seymour became “Bedford Falls” (as in the Frank Capra Classic holiday film “It’s A Wonderful Life.”)
Hundreds came to join in festivities organized by downtown merchant Kim Dulka.
From 1 to 5 p.m. happy people singing “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” enjoyed horse-drawn carriage rides from The General Store on Columbus Street through historic downtown Seymour.
