ANSONIA — The following was shared to the Ansonia Facebook page on June 17:
“Mayor Cassetti announces cooling centers are ready for residents. Starting today, at the Senior Center until 4:30 p.m, tomorrow at the Senior Center from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday at the Center from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Please take advantage of these centers, especially if you do not have air conditioning. Also, remember to keep yourself hydrated and check on your elderly neighbors.”
