NVHD is hosting a Moderna and J&J COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Friday, June 18th from 10am-12pm at the NVHD Clinic. Parking and entrance is located in the rear of the NVHD office building at 98 Bank Street, Seymour, CT 06483.

Must be 18 years and older.
