NVHD’s COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic is open for walk-ins and appointments from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (every Friday) with Moderna and Johnson & Johnson Janssen vaccines.
The clinic parking and entrance is in the rear of our office building located at 98 Bank Street, Seymour, CT 06483.
You do not need to be a Valley resident to attend our clinic but you do have to be at least 18 years or older.
