David Carroll Regan, age 79, entered into eternal rest on May 29, 2019 in his home in Oxnard, CA.

David was born in Derby, CT on October 22, 1939 son of the late William and Eloise Buehler Regan.

After Derby High School, he enlisted in the United States Navy where he began his distinguished twenty-one-year career serving in the top secret Submarine Division retiring with the rank of Chief Torpedo Man.

If Dave was not working, he would be found fishing and relaxing in his boat on Lake Casita. He was also an avid reader and accomplished bowler.

He leaves to cherish his memory, loving sisters, Eloise Ballard-Raymond (William) of Naugatuck, Barbara Regan of Seymour and Kathleen Malerba of Ansonia as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, James, William, Ernest and George Regan and sisters, Margaret Conklin and Mildred DelVecchio.
