
DERBY – After a successful first-year event that saw more than 200 people attend, the Halloween ‘Touch-A-Truck’ organized by the Derby Police Department is scheduled to return from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29. The rain date is Sunday.
The event will be in the parking lot of the Derby High School/Middle School campus. Families are welcome to explore police cars, fire trucks, an ambulance and large construction vehicles and tow trucks. Kids can collect candy while supplies last.
