Derby Pee Wee Football Team Wins Bob Boss Championship

The Derby Pop Warner Pee Wee football team is the Southern Connecticut Pop Warner (SCPW) Bob Boss champion in the Pee Wee Division. 

The Red Raiders finished the season at 5 – 3 and was the top seed in the Bob Boss tournament. 

They defeated the Hamden Hurricanes 41 to 12 on Sunday, October 28th and advanced to finals on Sunday, November 4th where they faced the Seymour Tigers. 

The Red Raiders won the game 34 to 20 for the championship.

Washington, Davon Wilson. Head Coach for the team is Peter Olenoski and assistant coaches are Scott Flanigan, Rob French, Ray Kreiger. Justin Olenoski, and Anthony
Sojka are student demonstrators.
