Derby police took one person into custody after a report of shots fired near the intersection of Anson and Lafeyette streets Wednesday.
As of 7:42 p.m., there were no reports of injuries.
Additional info about the man detained by police wasn’t immediately available.
The incident is under investigation.
Police responded at about 6:30 p.m.
