The Derby Police Union is conducting a fund-raising campaign through November.
For the next few weeks, area businesses and residents will be contacted and asked to sponsor a business advertisement or family listing in the Derby Police Union’s 2011 Police Yearbook/Business Directory.
The Yearbook/Directory will be available at a ​“Comedy Basketball Game,” featuring the Harlem Rockets, on Saturday, November 19, 2011, at the Derby High School Gymnasium starting at 7 p.m.
This will be a great night of entertainment for all the families in the Derby area!
Complimentary tickets to this event will be given away with a donation to the Derby Police Union’s fund-raising campaign. Tickets will also be available at the door that evening — admission is $15.00.
Proceeds from this event will benefit the many programs supported by the Derby Police Association.
