DERBY — A public hearing on an application to convert most of a commercial building on Elizabeth Street into 33 market-rate apartments is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday on Zoom.
Information on the meeting, including the application members of the Derby Planning & Zoning Commission are reviewing, has been posted to the City of Derby website.
