St. Patrick’s Day, March 17 was Pauline Russo’s 25th anniversary as a tax clerk for the City of Derby. She first served under the late Mayor Richard Grande.
Five mayors later — April 8, 2011 was her last day and she still had a smile for residents who had questions about their taxes.
