Jay Carlucci, owner of the Dew Drop Inn in Derby, will be on WPLR radio at 7 a.m. Tuesday to show off his wing-making skills.
The Dew is part of a competition to see which restaurant makes the best wings around. A bunch of competitors will be on WPLR this week leading up to the Super Bowl, an event noted for football, wings, commercials and disappointing half-time shows.
The Valley Indy popped into the Dew about 12 p.m. Monday where Carlucci was frantically prepping for his radio appearance.
We sat down for five minutes to talk about his appearance before he tossed us out.
