An icy road triggered an epic chain-reaction crash on Route 110 at 12:20 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
Police put the number of vehicles at 50 — the fire department reported 58 in total.
No major injuries were reported.
Forty-eight people were checked by emergency crews — 10 were taken to the hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
