First Applications Due Wednesday For Valley COVID-19 Grants

Knight-DiGangi talks about The Valley Community COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund.

It is a $150,000 (and growing) fund that is available now for groups or organizations in the lower Naugatuck Valley (Ansonia, Derby, Oxford, Seymour Shelton) impacted by the COVID-19 virus.

The applications for the first round of funding are due Wednesday, April 15 at 12 p.m.

The first round of funding will help organizations working on the frontline responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. The initial grants are between $1,000 to $5,000.
