In an effort to promote Seymour’s historic downtown area and the local businesses, attorney Karen Fisher and business owner, Meg Tarby, have established the Downtown Merchant Group.
This group of business owners meets twice a month to discuss sales trends, marketing, and to plan events.
The first event on their agenda is a Sidewalk Sale, happening this Sunday, Sept. 9 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Participating businesses include Tea with Tracy, Daddy’s, Tickled Pink, Mad Hatter Boutique, Dancing Chihuahua, All-American General Store, and more! It’s never too early to shop for the holidays, so support your local economy by spreading the word and heading to Downtown Seymour this weekend.
