ANSONIA — Blast off Independence Day with the Gordon-Visselli American Legion Post 50 of Ansonia as they launch dozens of model rockets to celebrate the 4th of July.
Join in on the countdowns and recovery efforts as each rocket goes sky-high. Free water and freeze pops will be provided during this fair-weather, family event. Lawn chairs or blankets are welcome.
