
SEYMOUR — Seymour Public Library is hosting an in person free “Learn to Quilt Series” with the Stitching Coach, Dawn Zillich. The series will consist of five workshops which will be given in 2023 on Thursday, March 30; Tuesday, April 18; Tuesday, May 2; Tuesday, May 9; and Tuesday, May 16 at the Seymour Public Library. Each workshop runs from 6 to 8pm and each session will focus on one square using a specific quilting pattern.
Registration is necessary and access to a sewing machine for these in person classes is necessary. The library does have a limited number of sewing machines available on a first come first serve basis that may be available for use for the evening workshop. Registration for sewing machine use is required. Registrants are welcome to bring their own sewing machines as well.
The programs are open to adults and those over the age of fifteen. Space is limited. Participants may register for the entire series or individual sessions based on preference.
