Awhile back the Naugatuck Valley Health District revamped its inspection system to make the info more useful to the public. All establishments used to receive numerical scores.
Today the organization applies ratings of “excellent,” “good,” “fair,” and “poor” to (most) facilities where “potentially hazardous” hot food is prepared.
