Horticulturist And Author Tovah Martin To Appear At Seymour Public Library

The Seymour Public Library will be hosting a free lecture by Tovah Martin on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 beginning at 6PM

The title of the lecture, Boot Camp For the Senses, Summer Months, is a nod to her 2018 book, The Garden In Every Sense and Season. 

Tovah will talk about the sights, smells, sounds, touch, and taste that blending and growing a variety of plants, fruits, and vegetables can bring into your everyday summer existence.

Tovah Martin, a noted horticulturist, and avid indoor/outdoor gardener, is the author of numerous award winning books and articles on gardening. She has appeared on the Martha Stewart Show, a PBS television series, and the CBS Sunday Early Show as well as many other television and radio broadcasts. She speaks throughout the country and has lectured aboard the QE2

Tovah’s lecture is free and all are welcome. Registration is not necessary. Please come and share this event with the library.
