Early Registration dates:
Sat. January 22nd and 29th 10 – 12:30 in the Derby High School Gymnasium (Please enter on the side entrance)
Regular Registration Dates
Sat. February 5th 10 – 12:30 in the Derby High School Lobby
Sat. Febuary 12th 10 – 12:30 Derby High School Gymnasium (Please enter on the side entrance)
Fees
Early Registration $95 for one Child $165 for two children $45 for each additional child
Regular Registration $110 for one Child $180 for two children $45 for each additional child
- All registration fees include 2 value cards worth $20 per child we are using as a fundraiser. If you sell these value cards you will get $20 back per child
What Parents MUST Bring with Them (They will not be able to register without these)
Birth Certificate
Parent/Guardian Drivers License
2 forms of proof of residence (i.e. Cable Bill, U.I. Bill, Tax Bill)
Age Restrictions
Players must be 5 years old before May 1st but not older than 12 before May 1st to participate. For example: if you are 13 on April 30th you cannot play
