Cushman & Wakefield was named exclusive leasing agent for neighboring 2 and 4 Armstrong Road in fall 2015. The class‑A buildings, which are located in Armstrong Corporate Park, are currently undergoing a multimillion capital improvement program.
The capital improvements to the buildings will feature modernized lobbies, common areas, and elevator cabs, as well as the construction of a new shared conference facility and a new fitness center. Additionally, Rugby has installed brand new HVAC units, brand new boilers, a state-of-the-art computerized Building Management Systems (BMS) and digital controls for HVAC, which will enable customizable heating and cooling in individual tenant spaces, while reducing energy consumption throughout the buildings.
“We are really excited about the repositioning of 2 and 4 Armstrong Road,” said Rob Ades, a Principal at Rugby Realty. “Since our entrance into the Shelton market in 2005, we have always believed Armstrong Corporate Park had a lot of untapped potential. By the end of the 2nd quarter of 2016, the renovations will be complete, and we will be well on our way to another successful project in this market.” (To learn more about Rugby Realty, please visit www.rugbyrealty.com).
