Lawmakers Schedule Opioid Forum In Naugatuck

Opioid addiction has become a major public health issue. In response to the crisis, individuals, organizations, and elected officials across the country have responded by educating their communities about the dangers of prescription painkillers, by providing resources and treatment for those dealing with substance abuse, and by taking legislative action to reduce the accessibility to these drugs.

Rebimbas (R‑70), Nicole Klarides-Ditria (R‑105), David Labriola (R‑131), Lezlye Zupkus (R‑89), Kara Rochelle (D‑104), and House Republican Leader Themis Klarides (R‑114) will host an opioid forum at Naugatuck High School. See below for details.
