On Election Day the residents of Seymour have some big choices to make. In addition to choosing our next President, residents will have to choose whether to approve $6 million in bonding.
To ensure residents have all the information they need to make this important decision, First Selectman W. Kurt Miller will be hosting a public informational session regarding the proposal. Town Engineer and representatives of the Town’s bond counsel will be present to answer questions.
The meeting will be 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, Norma Drummer Room, Seymour Town Hall, 1 First St.
The basics:
- $4.5 million for road work
- $1.5 million for repairs for municipal buildings
- No impact to taxes
