Bring your kids for fun activities while you shop for locally grown produce at the Derby Green Market.
The Derby Green Market is open every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Derby Green on Elizabeth Street.
It is open now until Oct. 16, 2016.
Live music will be played as patrons shop for honey, plants and baked goods.
Mayor Anita Dugatto would like to invite all area residents to support locally grown, sustainable food sources in an effort to eat healthy and enjoy the summer.
“There is nothing better than fresh fruits and vegetables that are locally grown,” Dugatto said. “Come to Derby on Sunday to enjoy the fruits of the local harvest.”
