ANSONIA — Macedonia Baptist Church will hold its annual Hunger Awareness Food Drive from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 16 at the church, located at 243 Pershing Dr.
Donations of non-perishable canned vegetables and meat are greatly appreciated. The food drive will help support the Kathleen Samela Memorial Food Bank at Christ Church and helps all Valley residents, according to Trustee Gregory Gatison.
