Though party leaders, The Valley Indy asked each candidate for the Board of Aldermen in Ansonia to participate in a video “meet the candidate” segment organized by Ward.

Second Ward Republican candidates Steve Adamowski and Bobbi Tarr declined to participate in a separate interview, as did the entire Republican Aldermanic slate. The GOP cited potential fairness concerns, and requested that limitations be put on the interviews, to which The Valley Independent Sentinel would not agree.
