A motorcyclist was sent to the hospital Monday after colliding with a vehicle in Shelton.
Police and EMS were sent to the area of Toas Street and Westminster Avenue about noon on a report of an accident involving a vehicle and motorcycle, according to police.
Shelton Police Lt. Robert Kozlowsky said in an e‑mail Tuesday morning that the driver of the motorcycle was conscious at the scene and transported to an area hospital with “unspecified injuries.”
There were no passengers on the motorcycle.
“The accident is still under investigation and no enforcement action has been taken at this time,” Kozlowsky said.
