SHELTON – The Valley recently welcomed Healing Pulse Medical, a primary care clinic to the community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony to support Dr. Rohan Bhojwani and his wife, Mehak, who is also a physician.
The grand opening was attended by Virginia Harger, chair, Shelton Planning & Zoning Commission and Bing Carbone, chair, Shelton Economic Development Commission (and president of Modern Plastics in Shelton).
The clinic is open to serve the Valley. Walk-ins and same-day appointments are available, and most insurance plans are accepted, including HUSKY.
Healing Pulse Medical provides comprehensive services including annual wellness checks, chronic disease management, weight loss management, geriatric care and telemedicine.
Dr. Bhojwani earned his MD in 2013 and went on to specialize in Internal Medicine with the Cleveland Clinic. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA).
He currently serves as an assistant professor at Yale University and as a faculty member at Griffin Hospital.
Dr. Bhojwani is deeply invested in educating the next generation of medical professionals and finds immense fulfillment in mentoring and guiding medical students.
