The Valley Council of Governments has scheduled an informational meeting tonight on plans to build a new, north-bound ramp to Route 8 from Division Street and Westfield Avenue.
The meeting will take place in the Aldermanic Chambers at Ansonia City Hall at 6:30 p.m.
