Open Hearth Dinner Auction

Derby Historical Society photoThe Derby Historical Society is holding its second annual auction for an Open Hearth dinner for six at the David Humphreys House in Ansonia. 

Make a bid and the winner will enjoy a meal for six, prepared on the Open Hearth at the David Humphreys House, 37 Elm Street, Ansonia, CT

Cooked by costumed docents, the dinner consists of the following: soup, Choice of Turkey or Chicken or Pork Roast, Bread with Fresh Butter, Cranberry Sauce, roasted vegetables, pie, cider, coffee & tea, BYOB.

A mutual date for this dinner will be set between the winner and the society. 

On Sunday, February 13, 2011, the winner will be announced at the Derby Historical Society annual business meeting at the Christ Church, 56 S. Cliff St., Ansonia.
