Oxford High School will remain closed on Wednesday — the fourth day the school has been closed since custodians noticed cracks on interior walls.
Superintendent Edward Malvey said, in a note posted on the district’s website, “work is progressing at the Oxford High School between the structural engineers and the original building contractor,” but is not complete.
The school is five years old.
Malvey said he hoped to resume classes at the high school on Thursday. All other Oxford schools will be open Wednesday, weather permitting.
