The Great Give, an online fundraiser for hundreds of area nonprofit organizations, is scheduled for Wednesday, May 4 and Thursday, May 5.
The fun starts at 8 a.m. May 4 and concludes 8 p.m. May 5.
The Valley Indy, a nonprofit under the Online Journalism Project, uses The Great Give as its annual reader drive.

The Valley Indy hopes to raise $15,000 during The Great Give.
Each year The Valley Indy also uses The Great Give to highlight other nonprofit groups and local leaders. The Valley Indy does this through a marathon of live video interviews on The Valley Indy Facebook page, Facebook.com/ValleyIndependentSentinel.
