SHELTON — The Plumb Memorial Library at 65 Wooster Street in Shelton will be offering a variety of programs to entertain and educate the adults this summer.
On Wednesday, August 16th at 6:30, we will be crafting with Vanessa Fasanella. We will be recycling discarded books and turning them into a scrapbook, travel memento, or photo album. When we cut, paint, and decorate, and add photo corners and headings, we will transform a book into a personal work of art. Join us to repurpose library discards and hardcovers.
Finishing out our special summer programming will be a musical performance by the Starlight Jazz Trio on Friday, August 11th at 6:30pm. Dana DeGennaro will be providing vocals with Bob Nishti on the sax and Joe Shapiro with the guitar.
