A 28-year-old man was charged Monday with first-degree sexual assault and three counts of risk of injury to a child.
Police had been looking for Albert Boria, Jr. since last week in connection to the sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl.
Boria’s last known address was on Howe Avenue. He was arrested Monday and arraigned in Superior Court in Derby.
According to police, in September, Boria gave marijuana and alcohol to the 12-year old and two 14-year-old girls. He had sex with the 12-year-old later the same day, police said.
Police did not say where Boria was arrested.
