ANSONIA—About 49 percent of people responding to a poll about a possible sports complex on Olson Drive oppose the idea, according to an unscientific poll conducted online by The Valley Indy.
The poll was posted here from 8:05 a.m. June 13 until 12 a.m. June 20.
While about 1,300 people read the post, only 559 people voted.
Of those, 49.1 percent answered they didn’t support the idea, 38.6 percent said they support the idea, and 12.1 percent said they needed more information.
That’s 275 ‘no’ votes, 216 ‘yes,’ and 68 ‘need more info.’
