The Plumb Memorial Library in Shelton will be hosting a program celebrating Shelton’s part in the American Revolution. The program is being presented by the Sarah Riggs Humphreys-Mary Silliman Chapter, NSDAR.
Please join them to learn about the evolution of the flag during the American Revolution, and hear about local history through the lives of Revolutionary War Patriots memorialized at the Huntington Burial Ground.
The program will take place in the Plumb Meeting Room on Saturday, June 22nd at 11:00 and it is open to the public. Registration is required and can be done by calling the Plumb Memorial Library at (203) 924‑1580 registering on at http://www.sheltonlibrarysystem.org.
