SEYMOUR — Project Purple, a Seymour based nonprofit with a mission of a world without pancreatic cancer, recently donated uniform hats to the Seymour Police Department.
Dino Verrelli, Project Purple’s CEO and founder, said pancreatic cancer impacts many people and families, including police officers and their families.
“Project Purple is honored to support Seymour PD, as we have supported many law enforcement families in the past 15 years locally and across the country,” Verrelli said in a prepared statement “A BIG thanks to Chief Bucherati and the rest of the department for the support of our mission.”
