Derby Superintendent Stephen Tracy is being considered for an interim superintendent’s job in Torrington, the Register Citizen reported Monday.
“The board is looking to find a temporary replacement for Superintendent Christopher Leone, whose last day is August 12. The board meeting is at 6 p.m. at the Board of Education office,” the Register Citizen reported.
“From outside the district, the board has interviewed Timothy James, currently serving as superintendent in Orange, Connecticut; Derby Superintendent Stephen Tracy; and Christopher Eichner, a Thompson, Connecticut resident and educator.”
