A 65-year-old man committed suicide early Friday by jumping off the six-story Sterling Towers apartment building on Olivia Street.
The man’s name was not released.
According to a prepared statement from Lt. Justin Stanko, police responded to a report of an “unresponsive man” in front of the building at 4 a.m.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials from the Office of the Medical Examiner removed the body from the scene.
