Rochelle Schedules 'Community Coffee Talks' In Ansonia & Derby

ANSONIA-DERBY — State Rep. Kara Rochelle is scheduled to hold her monthly in-person Community Coffee Events on Friday, April 18, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m in the private room of the Valley Diner, 636 New Haven Ave in Derby and Monday, April 21, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Copper City Bar & Grill, 82 – 84 Main St. in Ansonia.

Residents from Derby and Ansonia are welcome to attend. They are encouraged to come share their thoughts, ask questions, and provide feedback on state policy issues.

Connecting with residents and having real conversations about improving our community is one of my favorite parts of this work. I carry your thoughts and ideas with me while crafting policy and advocating for Ansonia and Derby at the Capitol. I proudly host these events to encourage open dialogue and to promote community participation in our democratic process,” Rep. Rochelle said in a prepared statement.

People who cannot attend can call Rep. Rochelle’s office at 860 – 240-8585 or email her at [email protected] to share their thoughts or schedule an alternative time to talk.
