The menu includes your choice of bruschetta tomatoes, toasted garlic and fresh basil tossed with penne pasta OR slow roasted pork loin OR pan seared chicken breast topped with artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes in a Marsala wine sauce. After lunch, we’ll have a guided tour of the Brotherhood Winery – America’s oldest continuously operating winery. At the end of the tour, there will be a tasting – everyone’s favorite part!
